Who is responsible
The controller is Mohsin Math Studio. The only way to reach us is a DM on X to @mims3590.
On the account
If you sign in, we hold the email address and display name your Google account shares with us, and we keep the credit meter against that account: remaining credits, any grants, and whether photos are allowed.
To meter the tutor we record usage: the topic, the surface (Studio, a lab, or materials), the time, and the cost. Prompt text is used to produce the reply and is not kept after that. Photos you send are processed to answer the question and are not stored.
If you vote on how the seminar should be supported later, we store that preference against your guest cookie or signed-in account so we can count the feedback. We do not take cards or run a checkout, so we do not hold payment details.
On this device
Conversations, the library, sheets, canvases, your theme, and the analytics choice live in this browser — not on our servers. Signing in attaches credits to the account; it does not upload the thread.
Who processes it
- OpenRouter — routes each tutor call to the model.
- xAI — hosts the model behind OpenRouter.
- TypeSafe — reads the text of a question before the tutor writes, to tell mathematics from chatter and to pick an instrument. It does not see photos.
- Google — sign-in.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces.
- Our hosting provider — runs the application.
- Plausible — privacy-friendly analytics, loaded only if you accept analytics on the cookie banner.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the account and the credit record in a DM to @mims3590. That does not wipe the chats on this device — clear the site data, or download a copy from Conversations first. Analytics stay off unless you opt in; you can change that on the cookies page.
These pages are written by the studio to say plainly how things work. They are information, not legal advice.
