Grants and unused credits

Credits in your account are granted for evaluation. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or turned into money. There is no checkout, so there is nothing to refund.

A credit that has already been used for a tutor call is spent — even if you disagreed with the reply.

If you are in a course or a class and the month’s credits run out, send a DM to @mims3590. Say the Google email on the account so the grant can be found. Extra credits are a favour, not a purchase.
